Returns and Cancellation

Valuka’s No.1 Priority is your complete shopping satisfaction. Though we endeavor to give you a great customer experience each and every time you buy from us. If a product you ordered from valuka.co.in does not meet your expectations do write to us, you can cancel or return the order in certain conditions and we will happily assist you.

Cancellations

For cancellations, please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@valuka.co.in. It would be better if you inform us as soon as possible for cancellations.

In case of pre-paid order:-
  • We will refund you the full amount if you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched.
  • We will refund the amount minus shipping charges if you cancel your order after
    your product has been dispatched.
How to return the products?

Valuka’s easy Return & Cancellation Policy is simple and hassle-free. If you want to return a product which is not satisfactory, drop us a mail on support@valuka.com along with your order number in the subject line. You need to return/cancellation a product within 10 days of delivery.

Here are some simple steps to follow:-

  1. Drop us an e-mail on support@valuka.co.in within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Do not forget to mention Order number in subject line and make sure that the returned items are unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged condition.
  3. Kindly enclose the invoice and product image with this mail.
  4. Kindly mention the Product ID on the email if you have multiple products to avoid confusion.
  5. We request you to maintain the original packaging of return products including original Valuka tags.
  6. During transit, please make sure that all the returned items are packed securely and properly to prevent any loss or damage.
  7. In case of all self-shipped returns, please make sure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 – 12 days from the date of raising the return request.
Refund
  • If customer requests for refund an email is sent when the refund is processed from our end. It may take up to 24 – 48 hours for it to reflect in your bank account.
  • Please note that Return cannot be processed if Customer does not like the cloth material or colour of the dress, if the items are found to be used washed, worn or damaged conditions or with tags missing and if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress (in some other special cases we will deduct a shipping and handling cost for another dress that is 100/- rupees).

After getting the returned parcel, we reserve all the rights to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled or are incomplete. We suggest that Customer should read the product description before ordering.
