Just follow these simple steps –
- Please contact us by email at regarding the exchange of product, with a copy of the invoice you received and you will get a revert within 24 hours by us.
- Please make sure the product provided to you should be unused, undamaged, unaltered, unworn & in saleable condition with the cash memo and price tag intact. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
- If you want to exchange the product due to size problem and we can get it exchanged with another piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched soon.
- If a product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged or returned again. So you can request for exchange only one time.
